My name is Melissa Lynn, I am from a small town in Maine. I joined the Navy after high school which began my dental career. I was trained at Bethesda Naval Hospital in all facets of Dentistry. I presently work with DR Ouazana at Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of Maryland. Outside of work you will find me outdoors, whether it’s hiking with my grandson, white water rafting, camping or motorcycle riding.

I have attended several advanced Cosmetic classes at Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry. I strive to stay ahead of the latest technology and techiniques. I am extensively trained in same day dentistry. My goals are to keep advancing in all aspects of dentistry to ENSURE I am able to provide the best care available. I love learning and recently was re-certified in 3D imagining with our latest C-scan

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Go Eagles! I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Marketing and French. After a career in retail buying, I raised my 2 awesome kids in Ellicott City. My neighbors were dentists and asked me to come and work in their dental office. 10 years later, I'm still in the business! In my free time, I love yoga, early morning walks, the beach, and am always ready to explore a new restaurant. I have become quite a foodie! I also love to travel and can't wait to plan my next adventure.

I am the last child in my family so I can say that I’m the spoiled one :) I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I decided to enter the Dental field because I am a compassionate and caring person. My goals and objectives in life is to use my education to help individuals and families.

I like to stay active and have fun as much as possible with my friends and family. Activities I love include the beaches and mountains, golfing, boating, traveling, skiing and anything with my kids and grandchildren. When I look at my work schedule, I see a day full of friends that I get to catch up with and see how they are doing and hear all about the adventures in their life.

I graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in dental hygiene in 2017. I have been enjoying working in the field since then. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family. I look forward many more years of helping others improve their smile and their health!
